Yudy Deng is a dedicated community leader passionate about fostering international connections and cultural exchange. She previously worked in Shanghai's Yangpu District before relocating to the United States, which positions her uniquely to strengthen the sister-city relationship between Palo Alto and Yangpu.

Beyond her Neighbors Abroad position, she serves on the Palo Alto Parks and Recreation Commission, contributes to the Society of Heart's Delight board, and serves as PTA President at Ohlone Elementary School. With her extensive experience in community engagement, public service, and international relations, Yudy is committed to building meaningful partnerships that enhance cultural understanding and collaboration.
